1. 10 Sexy in Six Total Body Workouts
The 10 Sexy in Six workouts we’ll be doing over the course of the 6 weeks trump the dreaded treadmill, the crazy machines at the gym and the fitness instructor’s cardio class down the road. These 10 workouts, each roughly 35 minutes long, are designed to progressively challenge your body throughout the 6 weeks and keep your metabolism elevated for 48 hours.
All you need is a small space (about 6 feet by 6 feet), access to the internet to download or watch the videos, a set of dumbbells, a stability ball and about 35 minutes a day.
Whether you’re in decent shape or haven’t broken a sweat in months, these 10 Sexy in Six Workouts Will Melt Away Fat and Transform Your Body into Something You Can Fall in Love With. Again….it does NOT matter what fitness level you’re starting at!

These daily emails are my way of personal training you through the Sexy in Six Program. You will literally have a personal trainer show up in your inbox every day for the entire 42 days of your journey!
